Glen McNamara - Chair Elect

President & CEO, BG Canada

Glenn joined BG in August 2005 as Asset General Manager for BG Canada. Prior to joining BG, Glenn worked for ExxonMobil Canada Energy, where he was President and Production Manager with responsibility for their Western Canada Oil and Gas business; the MacKenzie Delta assets and the Kearl Oilsands project. Prior to holding the President and Production Manager position he was ExxonMobil's Vice President Western Canada.

In 1978 Glenn graduated from the University of Alberta where he obtained a degree in mining engineering, and in 1988 Glenn obtained an MBA from the University of Calgary.
