Kathy Pawluk - Director

Corporate Counsel Solutions – Barrister and Solicitor

Born and raised in Calgary Alberta, Kathy Pawluk has a combined passion in the areas of law, leadership, education, business, and strategic planning.

As a lawyer with a Masters in Law, her legal roles have encompassed providing independent legal advise and serving as corporate counsel , corporate officer and secretary, Chief Privacy Officer, Senior Regulatory Advisor and as a member of senior executive leadership teams. As an educator she has taught at the University of Calgary, Mount Royal University, Phoenix and DeVry University and has presented internationally in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles on Global Policy Development. She has also provided customized corporate training sessions on various legal topics, risk avoidance and policy and process development.   She continues to combine her passions and service through her company Corporate Counsel Solutions.

Kathy has been an active and engaged member of the Chamber since l997 involved in several Chamber initiatives and committees including receiving an achievement reward as Chair of the Civic Affairs committee and serving as the Chair for Salute To Excellence.  Kathy currently serves as the Board Liaison for the Natural Resource Committee.  Her other service includes being a Board Director for Calgary Women in Energy, a member of the American Chamber of Commerce, and is a supporter of Calgary’s Servants Anonymous Society, Calgary Drop In Center, YWCA and health and wellness recovery centers.
