Chamber Announces 2010 Board of Directors

The Calgary Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of its 2010 Board of Directors, effective during the Annual Salute to Excellence held January 30, 2010.

Current Chamber Chair, Lois Mitchell, is happy with the calibre of candidates interested in joining the board. "The Calgary Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome several new directors to our already diverse group of business leaders. We are extremely fortunate to have such talented individuals join our very strong group."

The Board welcomes Dilan Perera, President, Perera Consulting Group Ltd., as a new member, the return of Rob Lennard, Vice President, Lennard Corporation, and the re-election of four excellent members back for two-year terms:

• Eva Friesen President & CEO, The Calgary Foundation
• Leah Lawrence President, Clean Energy Capitalists Inc.
• Joe Lougheed Partner, Fraser Milner Casgrain
• Paul Waddell Business Development, Cole International Inc.
